Motherly Wisdom #27: Family is a lot more than what MONEY CAN BUY!

Someone taught me years ago what family means. When THAT PERSON left the earth...yeah..well..
I miss her, but I'll say this, I think poor families have the most love in their lives because they didn't have money to cover up their weaknesses.

Families spent time at home, having birthday parties, or bar-b-ques; they watched football, or movies.

Neighborhood families spent time together not spent money. When someone is gone, they hurt, not because they didn't do enough, but because they are not longer there. Family is a lot more than WHAT MONEY CAN BUY.

I like money. I want more of it. I'm truly working my way towards BILLIONAIRE STATUS, but I want family more than ever. I want the support from the people that I think should love me unconditionally.

Let me be transparent again: for the past 3 Sundays, I have been having family dinner. We would increase in numbers little by little. We only eat and leave (an hour or so), but we come together. I want to be able to have everyone come together and really sit and chat, but its hard. Either way, I want us together. Let us get to know each other. See, FAMILY IS MORE THAN MONEY BUY. I failed, but I'M TRYING NOW.

I thank God for Esther Russell and what she taught me. Miss you.................

Motherly Wisdom #26: Mom loves you more than money

I can share this now, because it is AFTER CHRISTMAS, and a lot of you have received your gifts or received nothing.

As a parent, WE LOVE YOU MORE THAN MONEY. Your lives mean more to us than what you can buy us. Gifts are great, but they are an added addition to what we already have in you, and that is LOVE, RESPECT, TRUST. (please go back and review Motherly Wisdom 24)

Gifts can be stolen and replaced, but life cannot be. Let me help some of you mothers with a little transparency here: MY KIDS AREN'T PERFECT EITHER, but I love them just the same. I MIGHT be a little disappointed in the lives they have chosen to live, but ITS THERE LIFE AND THEY ARE GROWN.

Whew..now that that's over.

Mom loves you more than money. Money is good to have, but not where i takes over your life. Let me tell you that on some point, when you have your own kids, you will realize you can't give them everything that you want to, but you can share with them LOVE......

SO #CATCHTHIS: DON'T COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT MAMA ISNT' DOING, WHEN SHE'S STILL LOVING YOU!

Oh, It's Christmas Time: For the Moms

Good morning Ladies!

It has been quite a while, but we're determined to get through and press through!

It has come to my attention that young adults are doing their best to remember their parents by the gifts they purchase. They feel that because its Christmas times, and moms like gifts, that its a great substitute for all the drama they caused all year.

I don't think that was the real intent on why Jesus was born, but just flow with me here: THE CHILDREN DON'T HAVE THAT CONCEPT JUST RIGHT. It's Christmas time??

I"m still a young mom, even at 43, but I have noticed that my children take a different spin on things, than we did at their age. It is gift giving time, if you are into the commercialism, but the gifts, don't take away from the character and attitude of all year. I have 4 children (3 of my own, and one blended), and each one has their own attitude. Whether loving or emotional, angry or disrespectful, each child still receives love from their parents. (Me and my husband)

It all goes in what they SAW as they were being raised.

I think most of feel like, when you teach, you're telling, but as I get older, I see what I taught was what was seen. I'm thankful for being able to take care of them throughout their young lives, but I regret some choices I made that may have left a bad taste in their mouths. Oh yes, ITS CHRISTMAS TIME.

For years, we didn't have a great Christmas, because of what was going on all year. Time has proven that the effects of that are hidden in our family. For you, if you see or feel the same, realize the error of ALL OF YOUR WAYS, and re-teach the things that are important. Moms, we are the cuddlers, the counselors, the teachers, the menders, etc in the lives of our children. Take some time right now to think over their lives, renew your commitment to them, and bring FAMILY BACK.

Why? It's CHRISTMAS TIME!

77 Day Challenge

I started a 77 day challenge on Thursday/Friday that will take me rigth into Black Friday. I started this challenge because I noticed I wasn't doing enough WORK for my business. I wasn't effectively using my time.

In this 77 day challenge, I am working towards building one or two businesses. However this works out, I'm doing more in this next 77 days then I have done all year.

Why NOW?

Well, I need money in my pockets. I am working a 9-5 and building businesses with nothing to show for it and still a house to take care of. In my entire entrepreneurial life, I have not made enough money to even pay a bill. So it is time to take the hobby out of business and make some real money.

Each day I have to do one or two things for business.

As I have started out, I have written more blogs, written/submitted two articles and updated one website. I am working on submitting more videos and utilizing my affliate programs to create residual income.

I am truly excited about the next 77 days (well actually now 73 days). I have a different outlook on life and what the next step has for me. Seven is a great spiritual number. Looking at this challenge helps me look at seriously leaving behind a legacy for my family. Even in the middle of all that is happening in my life, I am taking on this challenge with my head held HIGH!
