From the Pit to the Palace: 5 Steps to Getting There Step 2

In step 1 we created a list of things we could use while in our circumstances; the things right at our finger tips. You should have made the decision to join a direct sales business, start a business or, hold a fundraiser.

Are you using any of these things? Are you working diligently to apply what is necessary? The serious part of this is to look at what you need to change in your life. Your house is too small, not enough food, not the right furniture. So what is step 2?

Step 2: apply what you've chosen for your life to go from the pit to the palace

When Joseph had to deal with his circumstances in the place he was in, I"m sure he thought of his brothers and his father. I'm sure he felt unloved and unsupported in the things he shared with them. YET, he applied what was given to him spiritually to all that was trying to work against him in the natural. He went from the PIT TO THE PALACE.

What have you chosen to do?

  • Start a business? ---do you have a coach?
  • Have a fundrasier? ---are you going to use a crowd-funding site?
  • Join a direct sales business?---do you have the small investment?

It's vital that you do the work to apply one of these choices to your life.

  • If you start a business get a coach to help you find your niche, create the structure, etc.
  • If you have a fundraiser, get someone to help you create a profile on a crowdfunding site that doesn't sound like you're begging for money.
  • Join a direct sales business that has a low investment and people are familiar with.

These are only a few examples, but you must be ready to do whatever it takes.

Day 7 of the 77 day Challenge

Well ladies and gentlemen, I am totally exhausted today. I have taken this challenge to higher heights. My purpose, again, is to become wealthier, monetarily, by Black Friday (the 77th day of the challenge). My goal is to do something one or two things to grow one of two businesses. Now these businesses can be affiliate companies, or my own self made biz, but I have to do something.

The first 7 days have been a doosy! (WOW)

After writing articles, updating blogs and starting new profiles on NEW social networks, I realized that all my time spent of Face book for the summer months, did nothing for me IN MY MIND. What do I mean? I felt like I was saying a lot in 120 characters and no one heard me. Now, I am saying something in 350 words or less and I have more contact than ever! Does that mean Face book is bad for business? No, you just can't do IT ALL, and do it effectively.

So, here I am on the 7th day and I have tackled the paper work in my office (which is now my bedroom), that I haven't looked at in months. I have organized them all into file folders and categorized things that never needed a category before this challenge. I am moving NOW towards my handbag, which I know carries some great information that should be stored in a file, not in my purse.

What I have learned in this first 7 days is that I have to see this vision God has given me, and work it as HE directs. I can't go running around my house, my church or my city with my head cut off like some start up company who doesn't know any better. I have to do this RIGHT! I know enough about getting organized to get there and stay that way. Alba Henderson of i-virtual assist, has been a great asset to me in getting my business information on paper and filed neatly in binders or folders. (networking with others is essential)

I have also started to use my general email for things that require immediate attention but don't need to be 'categorized' as business. This works well for a lot of programs I am linked with, and then the growing number of profiles I am creating.

Some of my profiles have tasks attached them so I am working Vol II of the lock on the door. So excited about that as well! Working through these tasks calendars are essential to my growth and organization.

Now this being only the 7th day, I am truly excited. If you want to join me please do! Leave a comment below and share with me how it is going for you.

(hmmmm, I need another challenge for the new year)

New Year, New Start....still not listening

Sometimes I wonder where I am going from day to day,but today is not that day. This is the day that the Holy Spirit warns me about and I always say, I got it covered..then it comes..like that darn thief in the night and BLAM! Right in the kisser, it's all messed up.

So New Year, New Start....still not listening. There are some troubles a brewing in the air! What do you do...you can only move forward as God gives you a new day. So this new year, I thought I was getting it all together, but I didn't have on that armour...the armour that protects me from the BLAM! I had a belt that wasn't secure and fell to the floor. And now, I am wondering where to now Lord? Those bad days are creeping in and I feel no change in the new year. The new start was making progress, but I still don't feel motivated...so followers and behind the scenes people, what do I do? What do we do when we come to this type of fork in the road?

Well start inside you!
1.Keep focused! Get back in touch with your inner self and figure YOU out. Why? Well, there is something that is NOT spiritually connected that should be to keep you on track. Are you reading your bible? Are you fasting AND praying, are you pulling it all together to help others spiritually? Keep focused on YOU.

2.Stay Strong! You are not perfect. You will fall and may fall hard, but you have to get up. So get up and stay strong. Understand who you are in Christ and move on that. As long as God gives you/us another day to live, we have to take that and thank God! Praise HIM for this day and everyday..even the ones that have been a mess!

3. Remove the fork! Realize that the fork in the road is the enemy trying to beat you down in the middle of your soon to be miracle, testimony and more. What you want to do is pick that fork up and move it out the way. Why? You can not, NOT let the enemy detour you on your spiritual road. He will try. The key word here is TRY. He wants to make you slip and stay down, you can't stay down. Slip maybe, get up...and get that fork out of the way.

So New Year, New Start....doesn't always take resolutions and most days will feel like last year, but you have to move forward. You have to keep walking that spiritual trail for life love and happiness! AND, a better relationship with the Lord.

God bless!
