Wives~~Parents Unite

There is so much wrong in the world today where kids don't understand how good they have it at home. There were things I wanted to do as a teenager, but no one supported me. The same way they treat me now (in business) is the same way the treated me then (pom poms, choir, etc). When do parents began to understand that their life is not our lives..oops, not a kid anymore. When do we, parents, unite as one, understanding the emotions of our kids.
NEVER. They change everyday. Prayer helps everyday. Our prayers are not so much to change our kids, but for God to give us peace, while we go through the change. AMEN?

2 Timothy 3:2
People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy,

In these last days, kids will be more rebellious, at any age...

Hebrews 11:23
By faith Moses' parents hid him for three months after he was born, because they saw he was no ordinary child, and they were not afraid of the king's edict.

We do so much for our children, when do we decide that it's too much?

1 Timothy 3:4
He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect.

There were times when I tried to have full control in our house...and my husband did not. Where are we moms? Even if our husbands aren't saved we have to be as one...he is still the head of the house....if you look like you're divided..your children will use that against you.

What is the responsiblity of our children according to the word of God?

Ephesians 6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

Colossians 3:20
Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.

Whew! God help us....we have to be as one parents unite..Mother's do what you have to according to God's word...because in the middle of discipline there is still love....and in Love...all things are conquered.

Ephesians 6:4
Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

Colossians 3:21
Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged
