This post is one about who we are as women. I first started this blog with the gifts of a woman hoping to expand on the business aspect of my blog as I post...that hasn't happend...this blog is spirit led. I can do nothing else until the appointed time. I pray that you are blessed by what you read and are encouraged day to day.
Proverbs 31 tells us how we are~~supposed to be~~ as women, wives, mothers, business owners....
It is very extensive....some of the things I want to point out are(WIFE) verse 10: A wife of noble character who find? She is worth far more tahn rubies
verse 11: Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value.
(MOTHER) verse 15: she gets up while it is still dark; she provides food for her family and portions for her servant girls.
verse 28: Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praise her.
(BUSINESS WOMAN) verse 13: She selects wool and flax and works witheager hands.
verse 16: She considers a field and buys it; out her earnings she plants a vineyard.
verse 19: She sees that her trading is profitable and her lamp does not go out at night.
verse 24: She makes linen garments and sells them, and supplies the merchants with sashes.
These verses are just some of the examples of what God made us to be. We as women, are far more than what people say or think we are. Proverbs 31 is not direction it's an affirmation of God's creation. As I always so, sometimes we fall short.....but the GOOD BOOK tells you exactly what you to do....from Genesis to Revelation.....
Being a Christian woman is full time work.....verse 26 states" she speaks with widsom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. I take this to mean that she (the Proverbs 31 woman) is filled with the spirit and speaks with the wisdom of the word....always being a blessing....but the best part is verse 30: Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fewars the Lord is to be praised.
While we teach our children and help our husbands use the gifts God gave us to run our businesses or excel in our careers and are in ministry at church, Christian women have the strength of the Lord as expressed in Prov. 31....

End Times
2 Tim. 3 "There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money boastful, proud, abusive, disobeditent to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God---having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them."
What will happen in the last days when all this comes upon us? What will people do? What will the saints do? Are we covered with the full armour to know that it will be okay for those of us that walk in the word? What about those of us that think we are walking ...but are on a curved road that goes back and forth? ("having a form of godliness but denying it's power")...what will happen when that road ends and we are confused? Should we be confused?.....If we know the word...okay..forget all that. What are we doing to help when souls because time is running out!!! Truly running out...there isn't any SECRET to what to do....
Jude verse 14-16 says...."see the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones to judge everoune, and to convict all the ungodly of all the ungodly acts they have done in the ungodly way, and of all the harsh words ungodly sinnes have spoken atainst him. these men are grumblers and faultfinders; they follow their own evil desires; they boast about themselves and flatter others for their own advantage."
Jesus is on his way back. During the mellinium did you ever see J2C(when we had Y2k)?? Jesus' 2nd coming....it's not going to be fun...it's not going to be easy...it's for every one to see how real he is and what needs to happen.
My son, with all of his 9 year old wisdom, is awesome when it comes to the word and what we need to do. He knows the word better than I most times.....one night, he gave me scripture about end times...the very last word in the last book of the bible..."AMEN"....but he went back and read Rev. 22; 20..."Yes, I am coming soon."....he further explained in more of a question.....what will happen when people aren't ready when Jesus gets back?
Saints, prayer warriers, ministers and all, what will happen?................

Love
1st Cor. 13 4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts always hopes, always perserveres.
Christians are the light. The light that shines all the time. The light that knows the truth...speaks the truth....walks in the truth....when you love according to the word........everything works out for the better.
God gives us instructions not just to get us through life, but for us to help others. I know that love is a strong word to some...
If we start with that...the rest of the WORD will be as easy as 1-2-3.
Blessings.

Defending Your Faith Sundays
I am helping a friend of mine, Jo Jo Tabares. She is an awesome woman of God...this is her web site http://artofeloquence.com/index.php She has asked that we post on Sundays Defending the faith and I wanted to share about two of my friends.
I wanted to share with you two people that know that defend their faith everyday. It's almost hard to say they defend their faith, because for them it's easy to just speak as the spirit leads them. My friend Lisa, always walks in truth and the light as the bible directs. She is a saved woman, filled with the holy spirit ready to help you get on the right track with the Lord. It's a blessing to have meaningful conversations with her, because she tells me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear. Sometimes, I feel rebuke is the worst....but as a Christian, when you are corrected by a Christian....it's as simple as that! The word says to use wisdom and love...I know sometimes I fall short but, PRAISE GOD that I have people around me that walk in the light and are not ashamed!
My other friend, I just recently got to know well; Jenny. Let me tell you about Jenny.....she is saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost. We both are in the same Christian Sorority...Delta Pi Xi based in Milwaukee, WI...Jenny, has the spiritual insight as Lisa. She helped me a few weeks ago in my time when I thought I was being doomed for going to church. People are out there that will do that...but people that are close to you will do it more frequently (it's just the enemy)....any way Jenny is one young lady that is strong about who she is in Christ and when she speaks...she speaks with the wisdom from the word of God. She looks to HIM first. She is one that will not jeopardize her faith for any one person.
I Praise God for these two people I know that are always covered with the full armor of God everyday.

Words...
The words that we use day to day can hurt or help us. According to the word of the Lord we are to speak encouragement and love into each other's lives.
Our words are to feed goodness into peoples lives but not take the place of the FOOD that our Father has left for us. The bible gives us scripture about the word of the man's mouth:
Pro. 6:2 If you have been trapped by what you said, ensnared by the words of your mouth..
Pro. 18: 20-21 From the fruit of his mouth a man's stomach is filled; with the harvest from his lips he is satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
When you say you have faith, the words you speak in your life and in others, must be representative of that. Talk without doubt; pray without doubt....confess good things in your lives....in your family, in your marriage.
God's grace and mercy allows us to wake up everyday and choose to be with HIM and about HIM. Our words should reflect the same that we are walking the walk.

Working for the Lord
Somethings are not what they should be in life. If you are not on the right page with the Lord your life will not be in right direction. Colossians 3:23 and 24 state " Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working ofr the lord, not for men, since you knw that you will reciee an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Do we all look at life that way? Do we go to our daily jobs thankful that we have work to do because the Lord gave them to us? What about our home businesses? Are we encouraged that we are utilizing the gifts God gave us or are we doing what we want to do? Are plans in life have been made already by the our Father in heaven. If we are thankful for the jobs/lives/days that are given us....working for the Lord isn't a hard thing at all....especially when our reward in heaven will be great.
